The Director of Ministry Operations provides the operational and structural “backbone” of Liberti Church. In collaboration with the elders and staff, he or she helps make the church’s vision practical and implements it. This position, comprehensively, plays a pivotal role in carrying out the overall mission of Liberti Church.
