Matt Looloian
[Pastor]
Matt serves as a pastor of Liberti Church. Matt studied marketing and broadcast journalism at TCU and completed his seminary studies at Covenant Theological Seminary. He and his wife Shea moved to the area in 2011, and have since welcomed three daughters. He’s a big fan of playing and watching sports, reading, and finding everyday situations to squeeze in quotes from 90s comedy movies.
Bob Carvella
[Congregational Care]
Bob serves as Associate Pastor of Congregational Care for Liberti Church. Bob grew up in western Pennsylvania, and has lived in the Harrisburg area since 1988. He has been married to Gretchen since September 1991, and they have two adult children - Julie, who lives in Massachusetts, and Adam, who is attending Covenant College in Georgia. Bob and his family first attended Liberti Harrisburg on Easter Sunday 2012, and they have served in a variety of roles over the years. Bob retired in July 2019 after 31 years working for the Commonwealth of PA. Since his retirement Bob has enjoyed volunteering as a "cuddler" in the Harrisburg Hospital NICU.
Chip Cain
[Elder]
Chip and his wife, Theresa began attending Liberti in the summer of 2013 and on that first Sunday they felt like they had found their church home. They have been married more than 45 years and enjoy the time they share together knowing it is only possible through God’s grace and mercy. They have a daughter and a son, both married and five awesome grandchildren.
Chip’s hobbies are gardening, photography, fishing and reading poetry. He enjoys driving long distances and has only nine states yet to visit. Chip enjoys time with friends and considers it a special treat when it’s around the fire pit. Those shared times usually lead to laughter and deep conversations: both of which he considers to be sacred moments.
Michael Dolislager
[Elder]
Michael and his wife, Elyse, have been members of Liberti since 2017. Michael loves Liberti Church and greatly appreciates how this church has been a local extended family to him, Elyse and their children, Andrew and Anna.
Michael is an economics professor at Messiah University where his academic research and focus on economic development are an extension of his desire to serve God’s global church. He enjoys eating delicious food, watching sports, playing games, traveling to new places, and spending time with friends and family.
Andrew Dymski
[Elder]
Andrew and his wife Rachael began attending Liberti Church in 2016 after relocating to the Camp Hill area to be closer to family. Since joining as in-covenant members they've welcomed three children, June, Rosie and Jack. Prior to their time in Central PA they spent seasons in Pittsburgh, Charlottesville, and met while attending Grove City College.
Ben LeClair
[Elder]
Raised in Maine, Ben moved to central Pennsylvania in 1998 to study at Messiah College, where he would meet his wife, Cyndie. They have two daughters, Micah and Grace, and a son, Noah. Returning to the Camp Hill area after serving as a pastor in Centre County, he and his family began attending Liberti Church in August 2021.
He studied pastoral ministry at Messiah and the Old Testament at Evangelical Theological Seminary. He enjoys spending time with friends and family, whether sharing a meal, playing games, sitting by a fireplace, or serving Christ and His Church alongside them. He enjoys the Red Sox, woodworking, and reading and discussing theology.
Mike Shuff
[Elder]
Mike and his wife Barb grew up in Etters, PA. Mike received an Associate in Sacred Literature from Bethany Bible College and Seminary. He continued his studies with BBCS and was ordained in 1989. He served as Associate Pastor for 32 years at a local Church in New Cumberland. Mike and Barb served in youth ministry, adult education, missions and small group ministries. He retired in 2018 and was ordained at Liberti in 2021. Mike and Barb have two married children and seven grandchildren. They still reside in Etters.

Jenna Wright
[Community]
Jenna serves as the Director of Community at Liberti Church. Jenna received her undergraduate degree from Marshall University and her Masters of Divinity from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. She and her husband Anthony live in Harrisburg. She enjoys drinking bougie coffee, spending quality time with friends and family, exploring new places, and encouraging other women to be unleashed to serve in their local churches.
Jordan Porr
[Worship & Youth]
Jordan serves as the Director of Worship and Youth for Liberti Church. He and his wife and daughter live in Mechanicsburg. He studied philosophy and school counseling at West Chester University and is currently completing his seminary studies at Grimké Seminary. He enjoys reading, camping, going out to eat with family and friends, and singing irresponsibly loud while driving.
Stephanie Jumper
[Liberti Kids]
Stephanie is the Liberti Kids Coordinator for Liberti Church. She and her husband met while working at a Christian summer camp in central New York, where Stephanie continued to work throughout high school and college. After marrying and moving to Pennsylvania, she worked as a nurse for seven years before becoming a full-time mom and homeschool educator to her four kids. In her rare uninterrupted moments, Stephanie enjoys playing piano and singing, outdoor exploration when it’s not too hot, and reading and discussing books of all sorts.
Joy Stockbauer
[Liberti Nursery]
Joy serves as the Liberti Nursery Coordinator for Liberti Church. She and her husband, Bram, met on their first day at Grove City College, where Joy received a bachelor's degree in Political Science and Spanish. Joy has worked with a variety of Christian political organizations, including Family Research Council in Washington, D.C.; she currently works as a Policy Analyst for the Pennsylvania House of Representatives. She enjoys playing fetch with her Australian Shepherd and pickleball with her family.
Tiffany Porr
[Admin]
Tiffany serves as the Administrative Specialist for Liberti Church. She received a bachelor's degree in Elementary and Special Education from West Chester University and a Master's Degree in Reading from Edinboro University. Tiffany and her husband, Jordan, live in Mechanicsburg with their daughter. She enjoys hiking, camping, and baking/eating cookies.
Kate Perez
[Bookkeeper]
Kate is the bookkeeper for our church as well as for several other Liberti Churches in the Philadelphia area. She grew up in the Midwest and received a bachelor's degree in Urban Sociology from North Central College. Besides working for the Liberti Network, Kate also works independently as a bookkeeper for other churches and nonprofits. She lives in Philadelphia with her husband, Hector, and their two teenage sons. Kate enjoys reading, singing, and playing board games.

Jeff Conway
[Deacon]
Jeff is a native of central Pennsylvania, currently residing in Mechanicsburg with his wife, Abby, and children, Joshua and Emma. Jeff studied Health and Physical Education at West Chester University and currently teaches at Northern High School. In his free time, Jeff enjoys hunting, farming, and coaching youth sports.
Terry Fisher
[Deacon]
Terry has lived in Central Pennsylvania since 1980 with his wife Janet. Together they have four adult sons and seven grandkids. Terry enjoys spending time outdoors and serving others through disaster relief work (New Orleans, Houston, North Carolina and Haiti) as well as serving refugees (in Mafraq, Jordan, and locally in Central PA).
Emily Kotte
[Deacon]
Emily grew up around Philadelphia, and now resides in Central PA with her husband, child, and pup. She works as a nurse. In her free time, Emily enjoys all things outdoors, especially hiking. She loves spending time with family and friends!
Greg Lowe
[Deacon]
Greg lives on the far west side of Mechanicsburg with his wife Jen, having been in Central PA since 1989. They have four adult sons and daughter in laws, and seven grandchildren. After a career in different management roles, Greg is now semi-retired, though still active in several local businesses. He enjoys hiking, athletics, wood working and serving in the Liberti community.
Jen Lowe
[Deacon]
Jen lives in Enola with her husband Greg. She is a physical therapist and currently fills in as needed at a local outpatient clinic. She loves family gatherings with her kids and grandkids, hiking, baking and listening to classical music.
Chris Slick
[Deacon]
Chris is a native of Central Pennsylvania. He lives in Mechanicsburg with his wife, Jori, and three children. Chris works as a structural engineer, and in his free time enjoys guitar, running, and home renovation.
Sandy Zeola
[Deacon]
Sandy was born and raised in Philadelphia. After marrying Steve they moved to Massachusetts, returning to PA to live in Wormleysburg. Steve and Sandy have 2 adult daughters and 2 grandsons. Sandy likes to read, garden, and walk in her neighborhood. She worked for Capital Area Pregnancy Center for 5 years, where she now volunteers. She enjoys her role as grandmother.
Steve Zeola
[Deacon]
Steve spent his formative years in the western suburbs of Philadelphia. After marrying Sandy, they moved to Massachusetts for 14 years, but have spent the last 20 years in Wormleysburg, PA. Recently retired, Steve enjoys yard work, serving at New Hope Ministries, and visiting the grandchildren as much as possible
